Where the spirit of God cannot work through you,
Where the riches of God cannot supply you,
Where the wisdom of God cannot teach you,
Where the army of God cannot protect you,

Where the love of God cannot enfold you,
Where the mercy of God cannot sustain you,
Where the Word of God cannot feed you,
Where the authority of God cannot overrule for you.

The will of God will never take you...
Where the comfort of God cannot dry your tears,
Where the peace of God cannot calm your fears,
Where the miracles of God cannot be done for you,
Where the omnipresence of God cannot find you.

How to Walk Through Life's Hot Spots
Living through the pressures of life can be compared to walking through fire. The Old Testament prophet Isaiah believed that if you have faith in God, you can walk through fire and not be burned. He didn't promise that you won't feel the heat, just that you won't be burned.

Keep On Walking. A surefire way to get burned is to stop walking. When you are afraid, or under extreme stress, or hurting -- keep going. You will get through if you keep dealing with the everyday tasks at hand to the best of your ability. PERSEVERE Remember That This Difficult Time Will Pass.

It may feel that you are in a repeating time warp, but realize that pain is time-limited. All problems have a beginning and an end. BE PATIENT Make Rough Times Work For You. Not everything is good, but the Bible reminds us that everything can be used for good if y ou submit your will to God.

Look for ways to learn, grow, or cope in your pain or stress. HAVE COURAGE Take "What Is" And Make The Most Of It. Make lemonade from your lemons. You are not called upon to create perfection from every situation, only to make the most of it.

Don't waste your time on ceaseless complaining, but look for meaning and joy in all situations. BE CONTENT Clean Up Your Own Trash. Stand on your own feet and don't try to blame others for your problems. You are not a victim.

Choose to live the rest of your life with a controlled response to what is happening. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY Be True To Your Self. You will have more strength for dealing with ordeals in life if you have the courage to be true to your own values.

Hypocrisy destroys internal energy. MODEL INTEGRITY Be Gladder Than Madder.

Expressions of gratitude calm the soul and clear the mind. SHOW GRATITUDE Have As Much Fun As You Can. Anticipation of fun raises the level of your energy.

Learn to laugh through your trials. DISPLAY HUMOR Determine What Is Within Your Control. You cannot control what happens to you, but you can choose the frame you put around your experiences.

You can choose how you will deal with all situations. EXHIBIT INTERNAL CONTROL Be Enthusiastic. Enthusiasm literally means, "God in us." If He is in you, let your life so shine.

Learn to love life. Education is not the filling of a bucket but the lighting of a fire. SHOW YOUR PASSION

My Secret Sisters ROCK!!!

Last year in Anaheim, I was so blessed to have 2 wonderful secret sisters. To say I was spoiled would be an understatement.

This year my 2 secret sisters are just as wonderful and I love all the great things they are sending me.

So to my CKU SS and my Ali SS, thank you so much for making my world brighter, I can't wait to meet you both

This great bottle went through the mail just as you see it. I bet the mail man thought it waas really cool, cause I sure do. I have done these before, they are alot of fun. Thank you CKUSS for a wonderful treat.

Father's Day Zutter Creations

This was a class in June to add pictures and give to Dad. Can be displayed on a shelf or a table. Both sides are decorated.

There is a light at the end of the tunnel

Well I told you all that I was not going to take this pain any longer. I just don't have the time to let it beat me down. I don't want to have to depend on Vicodin and I just want my life back. I called the doctor who gave me an epidural steriod shot in January on my right side. That thing was magic. I still have mild pain on my right side but physical therapy was doing lots for that. After he did the shot, he did the nerve test a month later to confirm that I had Lupus induced Neuropathy. Well that started the left leg hurting and it has progressively gone down hill. The Dr . told me that if I needed more shots to call and he would take care of me. So I called and they had just had a cancellation for this Monday and I got it. So they will give me happy drugs to make me go to la la land and do the shot. I am counting the hours. Because of the anesthesia I can't make any life decisions on Monday, so one call an ask me to sign over rights to my scrapbook toys, cause you might mess me up LOL

OHHHHHHHHH I hurt so bad

Well living with Lupus has taken quite an ugly turn the past week. The inflammation in my leg is just about to drive me nuts. I am trying so hard to be positive and keep going but the pain is just getting to be too much. Unlike my right leg that likes to be achy in the morning, my left leg goes on a full throttle attack in the evening and doesn't let up, even with vicodin :(
So getting to sleep is not an easy task. I am just whining but hey it is my blog and I can whine. Going to take charge of this tomorrow and make the doctors fix this. Enough is a enough. I have many great things happening within the month and leg pain is not in the agenda.
Watch my blog, many great things will appear very soon. I promise no more whining :)

This was a day that could have been full of hard times and unhappiness, but it actually turned out OK.
I finally had the MRI on my ankle, foot and leg. The problem with the MRI though was that the pain in my leg was aggravated when I lay down and guess what, they can't do MRI's sitting up LOL
They were able to get a reading and I DO NOT HAVE THAT NASTY BONE DISEASE. Yeah God!!!!
I do however have quite a bit of inflammation and tendonitis along with the neuropathy - yikes
So I am to stay off my feet and rest. Oh darn guess I have to work on my CKU Swaps LOL
I have pictures to post for the cookbook and other great things

Oh I did not get a shot at Scrapbooker of the Year. I can't believe that I did this but hey it was fun and I definitely had it in me.
Going to enter another one this month so wish me luck.
